In my last paper, I explored how budget cuts will affect students and asked them to stand up for a school that is uncut. In this paper, I will be exploring the ways that LSU officials are trying to save LSU's funding. I am going to obtain interviews from the Chancellor and the Dean of Students, and also look at our legislators that are trying to save funding for our school. This will be written for students, and the purpose will be to inform the students that there are people trying to save the schools funding. I think that when students hear about how some legislators and school officials are trying to ward off these cuts, the students will have a restored faith in the system.
My Questions are:
Do you think that our legislators are doing a good job trying to protect our funding?
Do you think LSU offficials are doing a good enough job trying to protect our funding?
Why or Why not?
